lv Suspension Clamp

The Low Voltage(LV) Suspension Clamp is designed for supporting aerial bundle clamp (ABC) that is used to control and prevent any damages from wind-induced vibration and to also protect the conductor directly during the installation load. It has a messenger cable holding sizes ranging from 25 to 120 mm². The suspension clamp provides a safe mechanical connection even when exposed to harsh environments and is also able to withstand high humid temperature.

Suspension clamp PS 1500 is designed to suspend LV ABC with insulated neutral messenger of cross-section between 16 mm² and 71,5 mm². It is resistant to environmental and mechanical effects and UV radiation since it is made of material of high tensile strength and stable structure. Suspension clamp allowsturning angle of 30/60°. It is installed using no tools and does not contain parts which can fall off during installation.

Insulated Piercing Connector (IPC)

IPC is used for simultaneous penetration of insulation on LV ABC conductors and for connecting of conductors for street lighting. Connector is manufactured in such way that it enables connection of LV ABC and branch conductor regardless of whether it is an aluminum or copper conductor. The body of the connector is made of Heat and UV resistant plastic and the elastomer insert eliminates the appearance of electrolytic corrosion since it prevents the appearance of moisture at contact points. The contacts are protected with electric contact grease. Mounting under voltage is possible but with mandatory use of adequate protection equipment. Ring-spanner or tubular spanner.
